Grown up thingy
20 March 20, 2007 0216

In the movie Babel, a slightest action initiated a tsunami of events spanning from the deserts of Morocco to the glittering megacity of Tokyo, Japan. Along that, lives lost, many got hurt and closure found.
In Crash, every rippling event was connected to one another and everything was not what it seems to be. Truly, first impression is not the way to judge a man’s life.
I believe that what I am now is caused by my actions in yesteryear. And although still in progress, it all started to complete the patches of puzzles of my life. It definitely not rosy all the way, but at least I learnt my lessons (or have I?).

I send $500 to mum, hoping that it might help easing the burden that weighing her down. It probably the antidote of my guilt for spending almost $500 in one go at shopping mall the day before. Seriously, I can’t control my spending. I’m kinda allergic to money, because I seems can’t hold on to them, let alone saving some for the rainy days. I need to be a tight fisted money clench-er. Note to self, money is not water.

I went for a game today. Almost be an early dinner to a pack of wild dogs. At the field, the inner diva in me wrestled through me, and I turned into one cold, hard bastard. Although losing 4-1, at least I manage to assist a goal, a rarity for me. I walked through the rain to get back to my room later, with music as my only companion. And for not completely warming up before the game (I was a diva, remember? Diva don’t do warm ups), I was punished with an unforgiving leg cramps. It felt like my whole left leg muscle was crumpled by an invisible giant hand.

So much of saving money… I just spent another $110 on a new leather shoe. By the way, mum called. She’s really happy.
