I might be wrong on this but I think she is going to concede the pledge delegate race to Obama, not conceding the nomination.
That means nothing. Superdelegates are still able to switch at any time to whoever they would like. He does have a majority of the pledged delegates, but does not have enough to declare victory.
They can only endorse now and BO can only be called the presumptive nominee.
